Cell Sorting and Immune-Monitoring
Core Unit Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting and Immune-Monitorin
Summary
Electronic cell sorting based on multi parameter flow cytometry have become essential methods in biomedical research. This unit offers full service in the field of FACS, it provides support in designing proper cell preparation and staining protocols suitable for the further experiments. The helpdesk platform for analytical and preparative methods is managed by an expertised operator with longtime experience in flow-cytometry and cell preparation.
This unit is open for all scientists necessitating very pure populations even out of rare events and valid FACS data. It is equiped with state of the art analyzers and cell-sorters.
