BackUp is intended as a digital EMA/EMI intervention for people with chronic back pain. It is technologically realised based on the eSano platform and is primarily intended to be made available to users via a smartphone app for iOS/Android devices (see ACTonCancer/BETTER-CARE). In addition to several daily surveys, participants will also be supported with just-in-time adaptive interventions over a set period of time.
