The Translational Sensory and Circadian Neuroscience Unit at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and Technical University of Munich is excited to announce the launch of their new science communication podcast, Light O’Clock. Hosted by Carolina Guidolin, the podcast delves into the fascinating world of chronobiology and how light influences human health and circadian rhythms. In each episode, an expert in the field is invited to discuss how humans process light and its effects on human physiology and behaviour. Season 1 introduces an impressive lineup, and the podcast is gearing up for more seasons ahead.
